Abstract Introduction Many night shift workers experience poor health and safety concerns associated with circadian misalignment, which is driven by an inverted sleep-wake schedule. This work schedule leads to symptoms of excessive sleepiness insomnia have devastating consequences, including job dissatisfaction social impairments. Past research has focused on misalignment as the predominantly cause disorder; however, only one factor in ecology work. A more inclusive model would consider other socioecological factors that may also influence feasibility effectives interventions. study utilized a patient-centered framework probe impacts beyond disorder.
